SUMMARY:Sexual Harassment Prevention Training - O'Shea Builders
DESCRIPTION:  \nEmployees of O’Shea Builders \, who have not attended a previous training session\, should attend  the State Mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training provided by PCASA. This training meets all of the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA) standards providing: \n\nan explanation of sexual harassment consistent with the IHRA;\nexamples of conduct that constitutes unlawful sexual harassment;\na summary of relevant federal and State statutory provisions concerning sexual harassment\, including remedies available to victims of sexual harassment; and\na summary of responsibilities of employers in the prevention\, investigation\, and corrective measures of sexual harassment.\n\nPCASA will also provide a certificate of completion for attending employees\, which you will need to have for your HR files.
