We Can Help!
Rape and sexual assault disrupts the lives of victims and those who care about them. Serving Central Illinois since 1973, the Prairie Center Against Sexual Assault( PCASA) provides free and confidential services to the survivors (and their family and friends) of all forms of sexual violence, including recent sexual assault, past sexual assault, incest (past or present), sexual harassment, and sexual exploitation. Services are free and are available to all survivors of sexual assault regardless of race, gender, language, ability, sexual orientation, or religion.
Crisis Intervention
The Prairie Center crisis hotline is a phone number you can call to get immediate emergency telephone counseling, by staff or trained volunteers. Timely crisis intervention is the humane, effective and economical approach to mitigating the consequences of sexual violence.
