Go to a safe place.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911. Help will come to you.

Seek medical care immediately.

You may not be aware of the injuries you have received. Medical care is available at any hospital emergency room. Once you arrive at an ER, the staff will call us to meet you.  Or, call our 24-hour sexual assault hotline at 1-217- 753-8081 for advice on your next steps.  

Speak with a Prairie Center advocate.
