Prairie Center Against Sexual Assault (PCASA) is conducting a climate survey to determine what types of harassment patrons may be experiencing at our local bars and nightclubs. Your participation will help PCASA discover where problematic behaviors may occur and to what level. This information will help us better target bystander intervention trainings to help prevent harassment in the future.

It should take between 8-15 minutes to complete either survey. You may leave at any time.

Your identity will be kept confidential, and data will be shared in the aggregate. The exceptions are the written comments, which will only be shared with your explicit consent. The only required information on this survey is your zip code to ensure only qualifying information is included in the results.

Since you may take this survey only once, please be sure of your answers before you submit it.

Thank you for your time and help.
